There are many non-profits that support economic growth and provide Wisconsin businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs with access to much-needed capital and other resources. WBD - SBA 504 Loan Program

The WBD-SBA 504 loan program is available to small businesses in Wisconsin through the Wisconsin Business Development (WBD), a Certified Development Company (CDC) that partners with the SBA and private sector lenders to reduce costs to the borrow and the lenders risk. Eligible expenses include land and building acquisition and large equipment. Benefits of the program include a low-down payment and a long repayment terms. The program aims to promote economic growth and job creation by supporting small businesses in the state.

Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) - Business Loans and Access to Capital
The Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) offers business loans and access to capital for women entrepreneurs. WWBIC provides loans ranging from $1,000 to $250,000, with flexible repayment terms and competitive interest rates. In addition to loans, WWBIC also offers financial education and business training to help women succeed in their ventures.
